This week, we’re doing something a little different by spotlighting an athlete from across the pond—soccer sensation Kylian Mbappé. Soccer may not be the focus in the U.S., but in the global sports arena, few names shine brighter than Mbappé. Known for his blistering speed, technical skills, and precise finishing, he’s already a household name at just 24. He brings a unique mix of talent and star power that has drawn comparisons to legends like Pelé and Ronaldo. His story is impressive: starting his career with AS Monaco, he quickly earned attention, and before long, he was wearing the jersey of Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), where he plays alongside some of the best players in the world.

Now, on to my week—it’s been one for the books. I got to see my parents, likely for the last time while I’m in college, which was both nostalgic and meaningful. Plus, my week was blissfully smooth on the academic and work fronts, with minimal stress and plenty of sleep, a rare combo. And to top it all off, I was able to see my grandma and cousins, bringing a lot of joy and energy to an already great week. Challenges may be ahead, but I’m feeling ready. Past experiences have shown me I can handle the ups and downs, and our recent big win has put us at number 23, adding a nice cherry on top of an already amazing week.
